New Contest - Twilio for Salesforce with Appirio

twilioTwilio just announced a new developer contest in conjunction with Appirio. Thanks to the (sleepless) efforts ofKyle Roche andAslam Bari (both from Appirio), Twilio is now available for development on the Force.com platform.You can download the Force.com for Twilio classes, components and Visualforce pagesat the Force.com Code Share site.

If you haven't heard of Twilio yet, it is a web-service API for businesses to build scalable, reliable communications apps that make and receive phone calls. You can use Twilio for:

  1. Lead Generation
  2. Voice Broadcast
  3. Company Phone
  4. IVR
  5. Click-to-call
  6. Voicemail Transcription

The contest deadline is tight and you must submit your application by 11:59pm on Thursday, November 19th. The winner receives a free netbook. Here are more details on the contest including the submission form.
